Are facemasks required? What if I don’t have one?

As of March 16, 2022, face masks will be optional at all of our five salons for everyone - guests and staff. If you feel more comfortable with both you and your stylist wearing a mask, just let us know. We are happy to accommodate you.

Can I bring a friend, or family member to my appointment?

Yes, we love seeing your friends and family! But please be mindful that during this time we are trying to limit the amount of people that are in our salons at once to keep everyone feeling safe.

Can I bring food and drinks?

Food and drinks at the salon are currently allowed.

I’ve shown symptoms of COVID-19 in the last week, can I still come to my appointment?

All of our salons follow Provincial Health guidelines. At this time, we are happy to honour your appointment when at least 5 days have passed since your symptoms started.
