Michelle's journey into hairdressing is as remarkable as her teaching—she left a PhD program in Molecular Biology to follow her true passion. Initially trained under Suki herself, she has continually refined her craft through advanced training at top hair schools in Italy, Germany, Japan, and England, and by visiting New York annually to stay at the forefront of global trends. Her unwavering dedication to education, leadership, and lifelong learning continues to set the standard of excellence at Suki's and throughout the industry.

Tatiana Koiava has been a cornerstone of Suki's for over 20 years, beginning her journey as an Apprentice in 2006 after starting her professional training in Russia. Known for her exceptional technical expertise and meticulous attention to detail, Tatiana delivers precise cuts and beautiful finishing work that consistently impress clients and colleagues alike. Her advanced training with internationally renowned educators—including Vivienne Mackinder in New York, Sharon Blain in Australia, and top Russian stylists George Kot and Gulnara Chekoeva—has shaped her into a highly skilled, versatile stylist and sought-after instructor in Vancouver, admired for both her artistry and her ability to teach others.

Cristina Tocaj is a stylist and educator at Suki's in Vancouver, bringing over six years of professional experience to both the salon floor and the classroom. Known for her precision cutting, creative styling, updos, and barbering skills, she is a passionate educator for Suki's Academy and Suki's Apprenticeship Program. Cristina's work has been showcased at industry events, including ESI Beauty Expo and Vancouver Fashion Week. With her positive, outgoing energy, she creates an encouraging learning environment that inspires confidence, creativity, and connection.

Vicky Han is a senior stylist and educator at Suki's in Vancouver, BC, with over 10 years of professional experience. Known for her highly technical and precise approach to cutting and styling, she brings exceptional attention to detail and a deep understanding of the fundamentals to both her work behind the chair and in education. As an instructor with Suki's Academy and Apprenticeship Program, Vicky plays a key role in training and mentoring emerging and experienced stylists. She has also been the lead hairstylist for fashion shows across Canada, showcasing her expertise, leadership, and commitment to excellence within the industry.

Kerrigan Bowey is a stylist, educator, and member of the artistic team at Suki's.  Known for her expertise in textured and curly hair, long layers, shags, mullets, and men's cuts, she brings a fun, kind, and creative approach to both her clients and her students. As an instructor in Suki's Apprenticeship Program, Kerrigan is passionate about mentoring emerging stylists and helping them build strong technical skills and confidence behind the chair. She is also the organizer of Suki's Socials Charity Nights, fostering community through creativity and giving back. Beyond the salon, Kerrigan also works backstage at Vancouver Fashion Week, New York Fashion Week and was a 2025 Contessa Awards finalist, reflecting her dedication to artistry, leadership, and continued growth in the industry.

Lyle Kieselbach is a respected stylist, educator, and leader at Suki's in Vancouver. Starting as an apprentice in 2014, he is now the Principal Instructor for Suki's Apprenticeship Program, an instructor with Suki's Academy, and manager of the South Granville salon. Known for his calm energy, technical precision, and expertise in razor cutting, Lyle creates effortlessly lived-in styles with natural movement and texture. He has taught hairdressers across Canada at top industry shows and conferences, sharing his knowledge and inspiring stylists at all levels. His advanced training includes Big Sexy Hair in London and Toni & Guy in Stockholm, reflecting his commitment to continual growth and international techniques. With a warm, passionate approach, Lyle blends technical excellence with thoughtful mentorship, shaping the next generation of hairdressers.
