DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.

  • Establish and maintain the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results.

  • Employee performance management, conducting weekly check-ins and biannual reviews.

  • Resolution of staff and guest challenges in a timely and professional manner.

  • Developing staff schedules to meet the needs of salon volume
    Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures.

  • Coordinating appointments for guests and maintaining schedules for +30 service providers.

  • Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists.

  • Taking care of the salon appearance and overseeing your section
    Sales, including retail and service.

  • Communicating with guests and colleagues through e-mail, phone, and social media channels.

  • Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.

  • Cash handling and cashier duties.

  • Providing excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests.
