FRONT DESK MANAGER
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Ability to set clear objectives and inspire the team to reach their highest potential.
Establish and maintain the standard for operational efficiency, adhering to processes and systems to maximize team and business results.
Employee performance management, conducting weekly check-ins and biannual reviews.
Resolution of staff and guest challenges in a timely and professional manner.
Developing staff schedules to meet the needs of salon volume
Keyholder duties, including opening and closing procedures.Coordinating appointments for guests and maintaining schedules for +30 service providers.
Overseeing daily safety and sanitization checklists.
Taking care of the salon appearance and overseeing your section
Sales, including retail and service.Communicating with guests and colleagues through e-mail, phone, and social media channels.
Working collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
Cash handling and cashier duties.
Providing excellent customer service including concierge duties for guests.
